It's depending on what we call 'Russia'. He wanted to make Russia even bigger, with all Eastern Europe in it's borders, and other countries hinging on Russia in as many ways as they could (most important, economically). Communism and socialism were very ideological about that.

To the creator of the video: nice vid, but I don't think it'd be possible. Stalin isn't so expressive here. The biggest fun in Hitler video is seeing him being furious about little things.
