@nedopisa yeah its really good for the beginning, but there is a lot more to do. But you played only one year, and this is really amazing. I'm sorry for my bad english but I think you understood what I wrote:) But one thing was really bad, the End. You have to slow down at the End of the prelude!! This is really important.!!
@cooler48mani As a matter of fact, it was recorded in my first year of organ playing. I think maybe I'm playing a little better now, but you can tell me if you wish to listen to my other videos. And english please, i don't know a single word in german.
if i were you i would practice it first more slow and the ( I've played it toO) and then you 've to look that this piece is more regularly ..... you can do that better just start playing it more slow!
Nice. I just finished playing this. I like the registration. You might want to try holding on to the bench while playing the pedal solo. It makes it easier.
I'm an organ student at Auburn University and I'm learning this piece right now. You did a wonderful job with it. The organ has an amazing sound! The registration on the pedals sounds great; very rich tone.
Eh eh, this organ was buildt by Nicomede Agati in 1850, and yes, has short hoctave both in manual and pedal. I don't like Frescobaldi so much, and this organ is more appropriate for late 18th century music or even baroque.
Hi, would you please tell me who built the organ? Is it late 18 th century? Looks north-Italian. Do you have short octave even in the manual? You could rather record some Italian staff like Frescobaldi then Bach. That would fit the instrument better I suppose. Nice organ you've got! Ciao!

Oh I do love this prelude! And it works with any pace or registration, it lends itself well to diverse manners of performance. Great job!

fantastic registration and speed! Id consider that you give the prelude and fugue in c major bwv 547 a try, it would sound a treat on this organ

eheh, my dear, it's exactly because holding to the bench make it easier i don't do that: it is not always possible holding yourself while playing ;)
Moreover, the bench is too high for me and it's not adjustable, so I must play very close to the keyboard.
Thank you for the appreciation.

the problem is that this organ haven't such ranks; i've already used the deepest rank available. Thanks for appreciating that.

nice pedal board
ttruett415 4 years ago
yes, small pedalboard, only 17 tones, and "scavezza" (it means that has no chromatic tones in the lower octave.
it one of the few bach pieces i know i can play easily on this tipe of pedalboard.
I'm trying to record Boellmann's Suite Gotique, but is still work in progress ;)
