I actually found out you can defeat those enemies at 0:13. In Bestovious' house if you flip in one of the rooms there is a Fire Burst. When you enter that area have all the enemies in pipes on the screen all at once and then use the Fire Burst. The item at full power will defeat them all and if you are lucky you may get a Fresh Veggie which you can use as a cooking ingredient.

You do not have those partners when you first go through this area so you either have to use the Mega Star or an offensive item to defeat them.

I love Mega Power Stars. It basically turnd you into an oversized 8-bit killing machine and your sole purpose is to obliterate all your enemies, while a classic tune gets a badass redux and encourages you to have fun.

God I love this game.

Better than that?Nothing :D

Only the Mega Mushroom(But it's the same thing...But without the retro sprites :P)
