The guy in the back actually wrote an article about this. Apparently they actually used their call AND shout out and it got cut out. There was paperwork and a few retakes. Also, he doesn't hand you cash, you have to actually give it back, and you'll get a check in the mail later. So it's not fake, but it's also not completely real.
