actually i edited it out of the youtube upload. i'm deluged with so many "what is this crap?" comments that if i'd left it in i would get 100X more. but it looks identical to other Takeda Sensei videos in my collection.
Never be ashamed of your culture or things that might be different from American culture. Annotate your videos and educate those who might not be so opened minded.
Ummm, im sure he's a very good aikidoka... but it seems like sum of his students are pre-empting the ukemi, not sure how he does the takedowns/throws without even touching the students? Could anyone explain for me please? Some nice techniques otherwise. Thanks for any replies in advance :)

Thats no "Seagal move" but trad. Aikido called Shiho nage.

wouldn't he be using ki (instead of chi as the chinese call it) considering it's a japanese art? although essentially ki and chi are the same...
