Second, the headline "fur production in Asia" is a citate from the swedish site Animal Protection Network. It's not saying which people doing this. It's just saying it happens in Asia. Look in "About info" for this video for the english link or search on "Animal Protection Network" on Internet.

you need to put this on T V so people will not buy fur. This is sad and very sick, putting it on here does not do much. Get it on talk shows. 99% of people do not know cats and dogs are made of coats and they don't know all animals are skined alive. If its on t v people 9 out of 10 will not buy fur and less animals will not have to die this way.

Just because an animal has a collar on certainly does not prove that it is stolen.
In the US, many dead dogs by injection or CO still have collar on. They were abandoned by their owner.
You take a 3 year old mutt into an animal shelter and just say "can't keep" and really imagine that a new owner can be found. Even many puppies can't find a home. All become nitrogen for plants.
Likely Americans produce more pounds of dog fertilizer (or dog food from dead dogs after rendering).

How can this possibly be justified? It's rare for me to value animals over humans but in this case I would love to see this come back on them 10 fold. I mean long, drawn out pain for these "people" that are responsible for this. I don't want death for these "people" though, oh no, that would be too easy. When these animals die it is finally a release from the pain. I say maim and dismember those doing this and let them live out their days in misery and shame.

Another is to sign petitions against cruel behaviours of poor animals. A third is to join an association for animals rights. A fourth is to even boycot other products from these countries.

But, if that is the argument, they probably could make more money selling the dogs and cats as pets and letting them live. And if they have to kill the animals to feed there family and children, do they have to do it in the most cruel, painful, stressful, torturing, barbaric way? I don't think so! There is two ways to kill an animal - the quick and most painless way - or the slow and most cruel and painful way. Why come they choose the slow and most painful way?

how much time do you think it takes to find an owner re selling old dogs and cats? + if they took care of these animals how much money do you think theyed have to spend on shelter/food/profesional help? when you do the math it just makes more sinse to do what they are doing. that is if they want to make money which they probably need alot more than say if this was a western country. i do not believe these ppl are doing it for their sick plesure. they probably even hate their jobs.

Are you saying that fur is the only income? Can't they make money other ways? I agree that western countries want cheap fur to clothes and other products. And, maybe, just maybe, that forcing them to do this. But, actually, no one forcing them to torture animals to a slow and very painful death, besides the easy chance to make a few bucks for each fur. The really big money make the fur- and fashion industry. Now it's actually against the law to sell, import and export cat- and dog fur in EU.
