thats very strong - u have insane build for a lifter i bet u bench like 350+ for reps , im a beast in dumbell usage - i did 105x17 or so thats my PR im slightly heavier than u and 5' 8 tall but u did them with ease
Hello faggots, I can bench 1000 only pussies can't bench that, and I have a 13 inch dick. Just joking I hate 13 year old faggots who say that Just because They measured in Millimeters and lifted a 1000 milliliter jug.
Good job man. How long ago did you start before you could do 100lbs, and what did you start lifting at first? I'm kind of new so I wanna know some statistics? (anyone else with similar abilities can answer btw).
at 5ft7 its alot easier for me to do because of the shorter arms. My friend who is a ripped 6ft2 and 228lbs has difficultly with 100's. I can get the same workout doing 80s slower, and more controlled. Ya its fun picking up those big weights but all its given me is bad tendinitis. If your doing this kind of weight make sure your eating lots of omega 3's to lube those joints. Flax as well. Happy Training!
damn man you are crazy strong...what is your max on both db and bb? also don't let these fags get you down you can probably kick all their asses at the same time.~
Nice job man! I'm around the same height as you and weigh about 175 right now. I weighed about 135 4 years ago and worked my ass off to get to where I'm at. I just benched 275 tonight for 5 reps on my own. I couldnt even bench 135 4 years ago. Don't let internet sissies who have nothing better to do then talk shyt behind there computers get to you! They're jealous that they're probably 6 feet tall and aren't nearly as strong! Keep it going!
your absolutely right razor ramon for instnace lets say we have 2 guys that both weigh 160 pounds guy 1 is 6'0 tall, and guy 2 is 5'6 tall. in theory guy 2 should lift more weight.
I don't see what height has to do with anything, most pro bodybuilders are 5'9 or shorter and 3 of the best ever, Franco Colombu, Lee Priest and Danny Padilla are close to your height. If anything, I would think shorter limbs and a more compact body would make lifting heavy weights easier
Light for me? 100 lbs in each hand is a 100 lbs in each hand. Using my height as an excuse is pretty pathetic I worked hard to get to where I am and me being short is hardly and advantage when you consider the small ammount of room I have to build muscle. Talking about guys like Lee and Franco is pointless considering im not a bodybuilder and they took crazy ammounts of steroids.
Exactly bro, don't listen to stupid shit some haters love to post, that's some power you got in your hands, that's for sure, I'm 5'7'' and I'd never disrespect a shorter guy, in fact, for some reason, I always seem to respect them more
@Kevinstarke Good work. Don't listen to those critics. But at the same time don't talk about how much steroids someone else takes when you don't know what they take. It might be common knowledge that the guys juice, but truth is they don't juice as much as people think they do, AND without the proper diet they don't carry the size they carry, steroids or not.
@Kevinstarke dude, read up on it height does play a role, shorter guys have more leverage... research it, everyone agrees, im not basing your strength entirely on your height. but it IS an advantage. read up on it. good work man i envy you on that exercise
@Kevinstarke im not trying to get you down but being short and having short arms is a big advantage over guys like me, who have long skinny arms. It is much easier to keep your balance on almost all exercises. I know after the workout you walk on the street and wish you would be taller but that's the way it is. I'm quite fucked being a little short at 1.80 and having long arms. Skinny complexion, dislocated shoulder about 10 times and destroyed ulnar region on the elbow.
@Kevinstarke You may have worked hard, but the taller guy will always have to work harder to get more noticeable results. The longer something is, the more range of motion is required to move and longer muscle fibers get recruited, making the lift more challenging for longer limbs. Then there is tendon insertion into the muscle and where it is genetically inserted makes a difference in default strength functions as well.
i like the affect when you make the camera shake after you put the weights down, im gonna do that unfortunantly I can only do it with the 60's like that lol
Wow. Nice.

So u don't go to failue on each set?
Well, pesonally i like to take it as fa as i can on each set(maybe stiff legged dlifts are an exception though).
Would u describe u training style as volume training then?

VERY NICE. BUT IMO TOO MANY REPS. U SHOULD INCREASE THE POUNDAGE TO SAY 125 AND PERFORM AS MANY AS U CAN(AROUND 5-8 I GUESS)
