I'm sure Maneesh is doing well and traveling and whatever, but anyone who thinks this guy just read a book and suddenly pulled a business out of his ass should turn off Youtube and go back to school! Maneesh said it himself... he wrote software to automate his process, and he certainly didn't learn how to write that software by reading a book by Tim Ferris. This video is nothing more than a sales pitch. Let it inspire you, but don't let it fool you into thinking it's just THAT easy.
thank you for detailing your lifestyle for all of us. I recently read 4HWW and am rereading it to get a deeper understanding of all the information provided. your video really helped me visualize having my lifestyle goals and achieving them. Thank you so much!
@maneeshsethi Not yet, just graduating from uni and in some months i will establish my "homebase" in berlin-charlottenburg. just preparin' to live the 4HWW lifestyle. i'm going to do a europe DJ tour among other things...oh btw: could you please give me the names of the songs in your other video "DJ Digital Nomads Nomadic DJ Rig " thx man and rock on!
Is this the guy who did the Programming for teens books? I remember he was demo ing a pong like game on some TV programme, when they started to play there was a massive glitch in the game lol... but still fair play if it is him?
ManeeshSethi , how much profit do you generate a month to live the lifestyle that you do? I am currently trying to get an automatic lifestyle too, but am stuck on the muse and TMI.
Are you contributing anything to the world? Or just doing that google word-thing? I admire your lifestyle goals, however, I would be more impressed if you were producing food or building tangible things. Seems like you are taking more than you are giving back.
@HoboNetWeaver Did you watch the end, where he talked about teaching kids about the internet and helping get their school computers and internet access? That's knowledge that will get those kids started on a lifelong discovery that can really help them move ahead .
boooring.. the only cool thing in this video is the "soundtrack" by Ratatat. I would really like to have the time to describe how big of a douche you are but some people actually have aims that don't involve inflating and publicly displaying owns narrow-minded, solipsistic little self. This is why self help books are dangerous. and please leave the kids out of your self-empowering trip.

@maneeshsethi : Hey maneesh. I watched you fantastic video. I also signed up for your newsletter on your website + subscribed to your channel. I sent you a "Thank you" LinkedIN invite also. I am PRETTY technically aware as far as internet/computers/basic programming etc -- but I am brand new to Internet marketing (and making legit income from the web) and I intend to learn anything I can. I am experimenting with adsense/adwords with almost no results. Any tips/advice? I learn quick.
Its you friend from Serbia... you have been doing a lot of things since last time we see you... We hope that you will find time to come in Serbia alsoo...!!!
I have watched most of the entries, yours is the best. wow!
I don't envy your trips and activities, but I worked about 200 times what you have worked to enjoy my trips. Now I need to find a way to get the $ in four hours.

For me, there is a disconnect in explaining your income model. AdSense ads are usually placed on websites and articles restrict links. How are you making an income via Adsense on articles?
He posts his articles on HubPages, which features an AdSense rev share program (40% goes to HP, 60% goes to the author). He has his virtual staff submit spun versions of the articles to a bunch of article directories, and those articles contain backlinks to the hub for the original version.
The advantage of using HubPages, despite the 40% cut taken out, is that he can create a new hub for any keyword article; so he's not locked into building an authority site in a single niche.
Thank you for the info. Can you define "spun"? Are these a synopsis of the complete articles, with SEO work done on them and multiple backlinks, or just one backlink per spun article? Also, any tips on finding the highest quality article directories for individual topics?
Spinning is the practice of taking an article and replacing some of the words with synonyms, or substituting phases with equivalents, to avoid duplicate content restrictions from article directories (Google won't index multiple pages of with same article). Most directories allow one backlink in your bio and another in your article body, but others allow for 1 or 2 more backlinks. I just Google for topic-specific directories, which can be tedious, but I don't have any better ideas.
@TZOBO I'm assuming, based on the longer Vimeo video (the 17-minute one) for Ramit that they need to be reviewed for copywriting/SEO factors. Usually people who outsource SEO content generation for Wordpress/Hubpage sites let their writers submit, but not approve, the articles for publication until enough trust and understanding has built up.
@akibbe02 For example, what are the articles for, is this all he uses to make money, what are "spun versions" and article directories and how are they different than the original? Also, is having multiple hubs like having the articles linked to a whole bunch of different keywords to generate more traffic? I'm new to this, sorry!
@dunedainranger33 Google's algorithm changes have rendered HubPages useless for monetizing search traffic. Even Maneesh has moved away from using article directories, and now does PPC marketing on AdWords and Facebook. For more info, google "maneesh passive income 101".
