  • Great video! What is the basic recipe with quantities or where can I find a recipe? I have about 4 lbs. of white soybeans and I would like to try to make miso. Another thing, the video says the miso takes 6 months to 5 years. How do you know when it is done?

    Is there a specific kind of koji I should look for to make miso?

  • What are the proportions of soybeans, salt, etc.?? Im from Poland and I want to make some miso (I've already bought some koji and other stuff, but I don't know how much i have to use.)

  • you can use other beans and koji, i don't know if malted rye without koji will make a miso

  • So I don't have to use soybeans and koji specifically to make a sort of miso? Could I use malted rye and brown beans?
