@felipirobo We don't know where from exactly as it is not said, and some of them actors aren't even native latino americans. They just try to emulate an accent which is not very identifiable. As I worked together with Paraguayans, argentinians and chilenos too. Columbian I am not sure but they don't sound very strange either, Their spanish her in that movie ar from all over the world. lol

This was shot in Hong Kong, I doubt they had the money to shoot this in South America... zamboangaVillain's right, all the actors are HKers, that's why they're never shown speaking onscreen.
