While it's understandable that some may blame Andy for Brynn's relapse, I personally refer to Alcoholics Anonymous' creed that only that person is responsible for their own sobriety. I also don't blame him for Phil's sad death, because even if he gave her the coke, he didn't give her THE GUN. However, my big question to Andy that I've had since finding out about this is this...what the FUCK was he doing with coke the WEEK after Chris Farley died?!

The reason Jon Lovitz is used, is because he accused Andy of providing cocaine to Phil Hartman's wife and they had a physical fight . He is responding to the public accusations that Jon had made. They didn't mention his name because it was common knowledge at that point.

Jon shouldn't have blamed Andy for what happened to Phil because of Brynn..She chose to do coke and if she didn't get it from Andy she would've gotten from someone else...Brynn Hartman killed Phil and she's the only one who should be blamed for that...Also, if Phil had known that his wife was addicted to coke and did nothing about it, could an argument not be made, using Jon Lovitz's logic, that he contributed to her destruction and, by extension, his own death as well?...Think about it.
