Mary didn't suffer because she had baby from the Lord (she felt blest and says so) she had a faithful husband in Joseph who believed and loved her. Good question. Falls under theories of atonement if you're interested in looking up that kind of stuff.

God is supposedly all powerful, all knowing, and all good. And yet the best solution He could come up with to save the world was commiting adultery to impregnate a young virgin by angelic proxy, taking the form of a human as God incarnate, and then getting Himself nailed to a tree.

I don't know if His actions necessarily show any love for us. It shows that God is so sadistic.
