Ive been and worked around many a Powerstroke, I worked part time and weekends for a towing service back in 1995-2000 and Remember very well the Powerstrokes we had!!! I think we were sitting along the road more then the customers we were supposed to be towing in. Later on came the 6.0 litres and he couldn't afford the repairs anylonger to justify running Fords. He swithched to GM and while not perfect DEFINITELY more reliable probabally because the Duramax is from Jap origins.

@peepeevagi 3v 5.4 has 5 less HP and 20 less TQ then a 5.6 Titan. A new Ford is a 5.0/ 302. A Titan is a 5.6 342 if I remember correctly. The truck in the video is a 3V 5.4 F150. Plus the Titan is a 4 door(heavier) to the supercab ford. In a pull, weight is everything. So tell me where I am wrong dip shit.

Now there's actually enough weight to make the regenerative braking worth while. With the way i drive i'd be getting badass gas mileage.

@Gbntly7 Yup the 04-07 years of the Titan were plauged with leaky diff seals and cracked exhaust manifolds.It happend to the previouse owner of my Titan before I bought it from him luckily it was covered under warranty.Otherwise those manifolds are a $1200 repair!I've thrown on an AEM cold air intake, bully dog, and flowmaster exhuast. Got some Nokian Wild Country MTX tires for the winter, nothing beats them in the snow. It skoots along pretty good for an 04', but it cant touch those Eco Boosts.

@Gbntly7 Yeah, thats why i installed a super low gear tranny in it. Makes up for the lack of power and is great for plowing snow, but sucks as a daily driver. I hope one day to get my hands on a used eco boost f150. Ford has finally came back to the top of the market with their new power plants. Both Dodge and chevy have some ground to make up to compete with Ford.

@Gbntly7 I've owned an 89 f150 with a strait six and it was a very reliable work truck but it drives like shit, gets horrible gas milege and for a truck with a 4.9 L strait six, that truck had no tourqe what so ever. The only thing I use the f250 for is plowing the drive way. I use the Titan as my daily driver becuase it drives far better than the 250, and has way way more balls. Why is that so hard to believe?

@Gbntly7 I own a 2005 f250 plow truck, and my 04 nissan titan has way way way, more powerand torque than that shit super duty. Also, I've gone through two trannys on that f250. I have no allegiance to any brand. I like all trucks out there for different reasons. Its idiots like you who are blinded by their pride and cant admit the japs know how to make a good truck.

@Gbntly7 Actually when the titan first came out in 04, it was the top of its class, it had the highest tow rating of 9500lbs, highest ground clearance of 11.9 inch, most payload, and way more torque than any non diesal out there. I've worked at dodge and ford dealorships, and I know fords have had no balls until the recent couple years. The f150 has NOT had an 11,400lb rating since 04, where are you getting your info. Back in 04 an f150 non diesal was rated at around 8,000lbs. Lmfao
