"I don't think we're in Kansas anymore" is a standard way to express being in a strange location. It's a quote from Wizard of Oz. Unless you mean why did he mention "Toto" (the dog from Wizard of Oz).. in which case I assume it was just to make it more clear that it was a Wizard of Oz refference.

guess what happened when i played this level! my cat goes under the computer desk and starts pulling on the monitor's powr lead, it comes out of my monitor and my computer screen goes off i lose the floating ability and fall and hit the spikes with olaf and since i was tryng to use him to defend aganst the enemy behind the 2 fire things (shown at 2.40)and so olaf died and because of the spikes, erik died because of the enemy and baleog died from the fire!now i cant complete this level!lol

I used to hate these levels. Once you get at the end sometimes there's a very difficult part left and if you weren't careful you needed to start all over again. Great music though.
