st. ives is a horrible scrub! although it seems good when you use it, its actually cutting your face with miniscule cuts! The apricot has sharp edges that cut your skin! it is NOT recommended by dermatologists!

Nice concept except I wouldn't be caught DEAD using Pantene or Olay products because of the cruel and unnecessary animal testing involved.

I don't want that ugly karma on my doorstep, thank you.

Instead,

I would substitute Boots or Avalon products for the face, and Paul Mitchell for the hair(both can be purchased at Target).

I agree with the naysayers regarding Great Lash. It's a waste of money. There's no explaining why that product always gets recommended -- force of habit, I sometimes think. Unless your lashes are already thick, long and lush, Maybelline Great Lash will do nothing for you.

Great lash is horrible in my opinion, I don't know why everyone is so crazy about it! And the brush is probably the worst part. Ugh! :(

Also, its not good to pump your mascara. I nearly screamed out loud when I saw her do that.

Great lash would actually be the WORST mascara I've ever tried. It takes forever to dry, it's sloppy and overall it smudges all over the eye. Even though I read one is sold every second in the U.S. I really don't know why people always say it's the best.

Rimmel's Sexy Curves (in the purple tube) is the best I've ever tried.

i heard great lash is good but only if you have patience. apparently, if you use it you have to wait til it dries to put a second coat & it takes a while. I think LASH BLAST from covergirl is the best. it lengthens & volumizes my lashes to the point where it looks like i'm wearing falsies.

I really love this video, because I hate how everyone thinks the ONLY good products out there have to be expensive. But it made me die a bit inside to see you pumping in and out of the mascara tube like that, it's a pet peeve of mine. Just the thought of the drying out and contamination and air bubbles from that makes me cringe

It's all I'm using now. Which is funny - it's what I used back in high school. But for years, I used much more expensive products. Sometimes more expensive doesn't translate into "better quality." Thanks for watching and commenting!
