why are you orbiting? i find orbiting is really only useful for frigate class ships(and maybe cruisers). the range of battlecruisers means that one can just plot a course and blast away at anything in range.

meds stick in cap rechargers, a 10mn AB and a web is optional for fast things

lows stick in 1-2 med reppers 3-4 mission specific resists and a heatsink or 2

and for level 2 my friend an omen or maller is more effective
