  • Sorry thats right, I have a BlitzRCworks V2 airwolf , it is a tail gear, I am like you, love flying copters. my kids set up obsticle courses for me to fly through. what state are you in?

  • @Johnrsousa1 I live in Canada, Quebec province, 250 north of Quebec city. I looked at your channel and will revisit it. I do not remember your state. So long YT friend.

  • Beautiful man, add some grease or oil to rear tail rotor gears to silence the buzzing jerky noise. Great model though.

  • @Johnrsousa1 Thanks for the comment. The sound is annoying but it is a direct drive. No gear at all in the tail.

BTW, despite the sound, it flies well and the gyro I installed do a great job. (Leaders hobby). Need experience. Not a beginner model in this state, but fun to fly

  • Hello my Friend, great to see your perseverance and ideas. I am really interested to see the out come of your fine tuning. The smaller Helicopters are really better to fly in smaller space, right?

  • @DirkME1022 Hi Dirk, this little Hughes is really fun . Already around 15 flights outside, fast, nimble, and realistic. This night, I was late, but had time to do 2 little flights. The tweaking is nearly completed and it is in the transmitter. I like it like it is right now. Swash mix, etc.

  • @gaetanboiv I keep on watching your fine tune progress and very I am very interested in your results and comments ;-)

  • @DirkME1022 Hi Dirk. Just uploaded a new video of the Hughes. Lots of wing, too much sun, the colors are fade, but the flight is fun. 20 right now, few others tonight. On this cutie, forget the sound of the tr and it is a perfect match. All the weights are inside on the new vids. So long.

  • @DirkME1022 Hi Dirk. 4 flights tonight. Wind, cold and dark. Funny anyway. Alee weights on the flybar are now completly inside. Better cyclic response. The shorter moment of the tail should put a bigger load on tr and it seems to be happy. This model is lighter than the EC-135 but heavier than the original with a main disc shorter and it flies well. It has well manners and is nimble. The same character than the 500.

  • Nice work!

  • @birdmanbl It is better at every new flight. Thanks

  • sorry gaetan ,but again ,,its a great job building ,,but it flies like riding a bike with a wobble in the wheel : )

  • That worked out pretty good it seems to fly nicely in the wind

  • @bladerunner469 It is amazing. Yes, it fly better with the fuselage.3 flights after this one, later in the afternoon and the wind was stronger and gusty. I like it and I like the 500.
