He gets questioned by the interviewer about hot it was to be an "assassin" and that`s the answer.. Actually at 3:51 when he says "I watched him die" is also from this confession-documentary.

@Vertikalschell Perfect point about it, sometimes I'm being very sad about the fact that Hypocrisy haven't that much popularity they deserve, but on another hand I think it's not that bad, cause there are no holywars like "This bands sucks, CC rules!" or something like that, people just enjoys the fucking music itself, music of one of the greatest death metal bands ever.
