the promo price is outstanding. i'm a 53 yr. old guy who has gotten fat.. (320). I just bought a weider powerbell and the dvd won't play, so I need instruction. I want to lose a lot of belly. Should I go for it? Does your dvd address this? Thanks...
@BJ1047 You need to do aerobic exercise to lose weight. Considering how much you got, you have to watch what you eat. That's eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. NO LIFTING. Only walking, running, and other aerobic exercise will make you lose weight.
Reaching the leg back as if trying to touch a wall behind him/her is an excellent, SAFE strategy for maintaining the proper curve in the low back. Is it a counter balance? Yes, intentionally. For most, if not all people, the upper torso, arms and head easily outweigh the counter balancing leg anyway and make this exercise sufficiently difficult without any weight. Believe me, Ive done this lift many times and my glutes and hammies always let me know Ive paid them attention.

what is the prupose of this? why not do regular or romanian deadlifts with a barbell or holding two dumbbells using both legs?
