  • She's beautiful and talented, but I wish she would get a decent recording. Most of her youtube stuff I've been listening to really sucks in sound and visual quality.

  • She is my fave...x Love ya sooo much Karan xxx :D xxx U r my world, well part of it hehe :D xx

  • Very nice, but surely they took the music from In Gowan Ring's version, or both have the same source. In Gowan Ring has a lovely version.

  • @Lapsanglover The poem with this melody has been recorded by many people, starting essentially with Burl Ives in 1958, who got the melody from others (and it closely follows Yeats' original "chant" melody), so it has been around for a very long time. Also recorded by Judy Collins as "Golden Apples of the Sun" which is here on YouTube; also by Dave van Ronk, Christy Moore, Jean Redpath, Richie Havens among others. Karan recorded it in 1997, it's on her "Songlines" CD.

  • This is an amazing poem, song, and performance. It's beautiful to watch as

Magic decends upon you and I wish I had been there.
