How many actual miles of high speed rail can be constructed for $151 million? And who has this burning need to go to Albany? Why doesn't the free market take care of this if people have such a need? Have you studied that?
A couple years ago, I wanted to take an Amtrack train from NYC to Buffalo. The cost was $75 and it took 9 hours. I flew Jet Blue for $105 and it took me ONE hour. Even high speed rail would take hours and at what ticket price? This is a BOONDOGGLE.
