I'm lobbying my congressman to TAX THIS CRAP. These money grubbing morons like money, take it away from them and they will stop.

There's no end to these annoying pop ups and logos in sight.What's it gonna take to FINALLY rid ourselves of them?!! I sooo miss the days before this shit started popping up on the screen.Is there anyone else out there like me who everytime a stupid pop up Pops UP!! wants to throw their tv out the door?!!!!!

I hate tv pop ups! Save the tv ads for the commercial breaks and don't remind me of the damn show (Burn Notice,Street Kings,etc!) five minutes later when my show comes back on!! I heard of of a device to get rid of this damn mess and I'm looking into it.

@argh698 I just found out that this practice now has a name... It's called SNIPES! The networks bluntly said they are ready for the complaints, but they will continue this practice, no matter how much we hate it or complain. T.V. is now officially ruined.

@Yesterdays92 From what I've read, this pop up mess started back in 2001.We can block pop ups on the internet,why not TV? The logo on the right hand side doesn't bother me so much, it's almost always on the left and then I switch to another channel it's on the right!!!! I thought I came across a device you hook to your tv to block those damn things and if it's true I WANT ONE!!!! I've even considered doin' a redneck pop up blocker by putting duct tape on my screen!

Thank you!! I fucking hate that!! I like to watch Spongebob and the Icarly is popping up 3 times telling me it's on next!!! I don't fucking care!! That's what commercial breaks are for!! I so wish things were back like they were in the old days before all this.

If the FCC were doing its job, they would have outlawed this on broadcast channels YEARS ago. As for cable channels- if you're still paying for cable, you're a fucking moron and deserve whatever you get- happily paying your bill is contributing to the problem.
