A nostalgic show.

I feel this is a great show, back when I was a kid they put it on TV at 6 in the morning and I'd still wake up every day to watch it. It was the ultimate escape for me into the game world (with fantasy and adventure) and no other show was as funny and entertaining to me as a child.

I studied animation in my early 20's and I have to say the animation here is impressive and nicely detailed.

I am happy to see this show can be found online and I still enjoy it.

Zelda: does not act like a stereotypical blonde. She fights just as much as Link in this show and even resucues Link's life in this specific episode. That is not stereotypical for an 80's cartoon princess/damsel in distress

Gannon: what do you know of him to say they "messed him up"? The show was around the time I played the Nes version of Zelda, this is actually a fairly accurate representation of Gannon of that era.

The only thing missing were the counterparts for Screech, Slater and Principal Belding in this show. The bright side though is that this cartoon is way better than that shitty Double Dragon cartoon that DIC produced.
