TK lift the blue coat guy up into the center ceiling and he get stuck. then tk the guys shooting you up there as well. there should be like 4 guys in the ceiling. Mind control any of them and they all fall out of the ceiling and die.
Easy, click and hold L3 and R3 at the same time for about 5-10 seconds. Don't worry, it WILL happen, just takes a bit of time. Also, it drains quite a bit of psi energy, so use it wisely. I recommend not doing it with any enemy that carries a pistol. That's just a waste of time.
that reminds me of the blue hell in gta san andreas

Ah ragdoll physics... Gotta love it... I always blow peoples heads up. Either through mind drain or mind control suicide. Tis quite entertaining...

Yes, it has awesome physics. And it's cheap. And yes, I love third person shooters... especially when they're cheap.
