It's Cantique de Jean Racine by Faure - the whole audience played it at the end of the convention this year too (although in the Concert Hall rather than in the bar) and Trevor Wye conducted rather than Atarah Ben-Tovim

@raymondfried I think it's actually In Remembrance by Buryl Red and not Cantique de Jean Racine.
