  • These are not secrets. This is common info that we hear all the time. Eat healthy, give up fatty foods & junk food (as if it's that easy) & work out @ least 3-5 times per week. Where's the flat stomach secret? That's not a secret, it's something we've all heard b4. I wish somebody had an interesting or more unique way in how they got & kept their flat stomach.

  • There is also a method called food combining that works great also! You have to be dedicated no matter what diet you are on or else it won't work.

  • it's also called cleansing your colon one in a while. thats why theres so much belly fat. because of bloating no evacuation after eating and unreleased gas. not being sarcastic and nasty! but its true!. and it works. i learned that trick. from a specialist.

  • for 'rachelamazedbymanga' try going to the gym in the morning and no eating after 6pm also it depends on your genetics but anyone can get fit .. some people need to work harder thats all . try eating negative calorie foods : ) and half a regular sleep cycle. Hope this helps

  • Great video! There are so many myths about loosing weight like "sweating to loose weight" (like that would help). Some people think that not eating any sweets at all or carbs will help. Thanks for the tips!

    ppl sweat because thats how the body cools itself when it gets hot.

  • you know there was something i learned about the sweating part.(i know this was 3 mos.ago) it doesn't make u loose weight it dehydrates you. you know what hepls you lose weight... it sounds disgusting... but here it goes always takin a "crap" after you eat and drinking tea to make you release gas and not feel bloated. thats the secret nobody knows.
