I dont think Brian Fallon and Brandon Flowers sound a like at all, maybe a little... But gaslight anthem is better then the killers so it doesnt matter.

@monkeymandogthing There's a bit of the same sound in their voices (and the effects on this track make them sound more alike), but their singing style is pretty different. Fallon phrases much in the same way as Bruce Springsteen while Flowers has much of Robert Smith in his singing style. Good vocalists both, though I don't like The Killers all that much.

@meddeyc It isn't Hot Stuff, it is Hot Fuss. It isn't that he sounds like Brandon Flowers, it is the effect that they are using with the vocal track. It is gives the vocals a kind of distorted sound. After Hot Fuss, The Killers don't really use the distortion and Flowers' voice is very raw and sounds amazing.
