Ye gods, what a rousing piece of music.... Yes, old memories, indeed. Apparently, there's a mod for Spring that creates the same pseudo-random functionality for music as the original game, so that engaging enemy units in combat switched to a battle track.

This game gave so much freedom to the player, and the music was beyond anything else on the market. It's because of this game that I bought Supreme Commander. They're so similar, just the music isn't as good :(

@dunkace well, SC and TA are essentially the same, just with more toys and bigger machines in SC. TA was clean and simple, very basic but looked good. It's the music that really made TA. It was just right, the SC music sounds too much like Spider Man and Pirates of the Carribean mixed together. Jeremy Soule is still a genius though, definitely does not get enough credit.
