Actually, Galadriel's brother Aegnor falls for a human woman named Andreth. He didn't end up with her though because he knew he would die, but not when. He dies at the end of her life, so he could have been with her, which is tragic. He was not like Arwen, he was full elf, couldn't choose to be mortal.
