  • I can see where this would be nice for some serious plug issues but, what if you want to clean the drain pan itself? Wouldn't it be easier to just have a vacuum pump hooked up while your cleaning the pan?

  • @TheManganga Do you mean a wet vacuum? Wet vacs work great as long as you have power to run it.

  • It is hard to believe that the Mighty Pump is still not available at Home Depot.

    Any thoughts why not?

  • @acdrainpump It's a small company so I guess they're having a hard time getting the big stores to carry the product.

  • dr z how does the hose attach to the piping without falling off

  • @balancepiston You could clamp it on the pipe if you want or just hold it in place.

  • hey Dr Z I have a clog in my condensate drain which caused a leak in my celing, I assume from the drain pan overflowing. I believe the clog is from from insulation in the attic since I found a lot of it in the drain pan, will this pump be able to pull the insulation out of the condensate drain without any problems?

  • @MarilynKennedyNC83 I do believe that it could suck out what ever debris is in your condensate drain.

  • i just bought one myself, so much better and easier then the expensive co2 cartriges and don't have to worry about running out of them!

  • @greg10126 I like this system the best because it doesn't require electricity to use so It's great in remote locations.

  • hey cool product DR Z the guy on the cover looked a lot like you

    Ken G

  • Mighty Pump is becoming the tool of choice for clearing out air conditioner drain lines.

  • @acdrainpump Cool. Everyone wants to try out mine. They're hooked once they do.

  • That was pornographic. just kidding. Looks like a good product. Thanks DrZ. Shoot now I will need to find more room in the van.

  • @tstatech lol. It seems like the stuff to keep in the work truck never ends.

  • I finally got mine last week and so far it's 3 for 3 on cleaning out clogged drains. Big time saver! Thanks Doc!

  • @AaronsAuto Glad to hear that. All we are hearing are positive results on the Mighty Pump. We are very pleased with the responses we are getting. Please help spread the word about Mighty Pump.

  • @AaronsAuto Thanks for watching. I really like mine, too.

  • lol...:) nice wiggs

  • @woodstockslim Thanks

  • Now thats a great tool!

  • please put the dogs away. Thanks for the video though

  • haha.. kewl vid Dr. Z

  • The Diversitech pump is a condensate pump that stays connected in the system, I think it is completely different from the pump the doctor is using. Great job Dr.Z on this video, the pump looks like a great tool to have available on the truck especially this summer..

  • @stat310 I'll have to check that out.

  • diveristech has a new pump available that actually can tell how much blockage is in your line and ramps up the pressure accordingly, its electronic and not float operated. its a very neat pump

  • new truck jim

  • @winkhvac A semi backed into the rear end of my old work truck so they gave me a new one.

  • Hi doc:

How are you? Interesting gadget...how much?

  • @SNL0907 It's only $69.95.

  • Great product! I wont have to take my girlfriend on the job anymore. She can suck a golf ball through a garden hose.

  • @bwd111 lol

  • Coul this pump replace a traditional vaccum pump such as JB Industries or the YellowJacket or even ROBIAIRE in the functionality or application?

I would be very much interested to receive a reply??

    Thanks; Al

  • @pageerror Probably not.

  • @DrZarkloff Thanks for ur reply! The reason I asked I sell lots of the traditonal vaccum pumps in a wholesale level for outisde the US market and I wondered if I could offer the "Mighty Pump" as a replacement since it is much cheaper @ $69.95 to my wholesale customers.

  • @pageerror Great idea. You can visit the web site that I have in the description over to the side and email the company.

  • did you get a new work van?

  • @freonfreak65 Yes. A semi backed into the rear end of my old truck.

  • that root was really gross oh my goodness

  • @Bl4zz3r I thought it was pretty cool. lol

  • Great product thanks for sharing

  • @atcherservice1 Thanks for watching.

  • Very nice video. I normally just use my wet/dry vac for my 2 units here at my home in Central FL. Not sure if I would benefit from buying one. What do you guys think? I am not a HVAC Tech and it would be purely for personal use.

  • @derrickb1974 A wet vac works great. This pump makes it even easier.

  • DR. Z ...That SUCKED! ...Literally!

  • @akouo01 lol

  • Looks like a cool product. New truck?

  • @mazzmari Thanks. A semi back into the rear end of my old truck.

  • Dr's got himself a new toy. lol and a good one at that.

  • @ollotv It was a lot of fun going from unit to unit not having to drag an extension cord around.

  • You might want to correctly spell the pump name in the title. Might Pump sounds like it might work.

  • @IdeaPerson1 Thanks.

  • Good stuff. Lose the barking dogs next time, tho.

  • Thanks DrZarkloff excellent demonstration!

  • @RectorSeal Thanks.

  • Properly Impressed! 5*

  • @PitchThisTV Thanks.

  • OMG I paid $119 dollars for a guy to come to my house to unclog my ac drain with a shop vac. I'm getting one. Thanks Dr Z they will sell millions of them.

  • @motherofmetal Thanks. It's well worth the money.

  • Thanks Dr zee you show us every thing new in HVAC field thank you very much again

  • @bornjanuary Thanks. It's fun trying out the new stuff.

  • i love the intro by youre wife becky :)

    she is good

  • @itscool1968 Thanks.

  • That has got to be the best video of you so far, is that how you looked back in your day? Blond hair... LOL

  • @fyescas777 Actually, I had brown hair. I'll have to post my back in the day pics one of these days.

  • Great demo and thanks for sharing with us

  • @atcherservice1 Thanks for watching.

  • Removing that impaction (roots) was impressive. Most condensate blockages I come across are stucco 'plugs' which require physical drilling with a masonry bit. Cool demonstration video, regardless.

  • @PutSome5tankOnIt Damn stucco contractors.

  • cool. i could use one of them for me business. my wet dry vac dose a good job tho.lol. good vid. its horrid what you can find in condensate pans and drains. i did 1 in a cool room and 15L of nasty jelly stuff came out.

  • i see you and aussie are good friends what kind of vidoes do you do

  • @itscool1968 .A/C and car vids and stuff like that.

  • @V8Jagnut The nasty jelly stuff is actually a yeast.

  • @DrZarkloff nasty. so that a/c has a yeast infection.lmao

  • how about sucking water from a bucket, and blowing it through the drain at the ahu.

  • @AMD1 Sounds interesting. I'll have to try it.

  • I like it. No more cords or running the vacuum like crazy wondering if you got the clogs. I like the push pull also. Thanks for the demo. I read about it, but your video was great. I bet I had 15 after hours calls last year on new installs that were condensate clogs. CLEAR THOSE DRAINS!!!!

  • @billcv80 Thanks. It's worth it.

  • looks like you on the box!

  • @Metalcastr lol. You made me look.

  • i got a 1 1/ 2 gallon vac i got from wal mart but i have to take the filter out a every time i use it on a drain so to me this looks like a great product !

p.s. why don't you put a link to the site in the side bar we can click on to make it easy on us ?

  • @a1boywonder Thanks. I have a link on the side.

  • Sucks and blows. Wow, does it swallow too?

What about cooking, and cleaning the house?

And no bitching either. Can I trade my wife for one.

    Nice price too ... $"69".95

  • @murphj4 LOL
