after that workers hatch and get food for her and expand the nest.

Terro!!! I never heard of this stuff till yesterday. A friend told me to buy it and I would not regret it. Terro poison is affordable (Walgreens) and worked after 24 hours for me! Less than $8 bucks! I used 10 Raid baits and 10 Combats...zilch, zero, & nothing. The ants used it as landmarks to get where they were going. I was supposed to put out 2-3 baits of Terro out. I put 12 out last night. By noon TODAY they are gone!!!!
