@pichu1964 Nope it's not because of it's level. Legendaries are unique in that they're one of a kind and their stats, type, generally legendaries carry Pressure or a Unique ability. Rotom is also one of a kind but that doesnt make it legendary. It's just a basic ghost/ multitype that can change forme with average stats. Castform is one of a kind also and can change forme but that doesnt make it legendary either.

4:put ruby normal rom and ruby destiny RoL with same name in same folder

you can get mewtwo in heartgold. you go in this cave in a town, i forget the name but it starts with a " C" and deep inside there is mewtwo. P.S. if you are going to catch him, get lots of net balls! nets balls work very well on him/her, whatever it is.

Let me clear something up. A lot of people keep leaving messages that Rotom isn't a legendary. I want to state my opinion.

rotom does seem like a legendary at first. you get it in a special way, and it turns into 6 different forms, but only by an event.

However, I argue that rotom is NOT a legendary because, if you go to the battle tower in diamond, some of the trainers will use a rotom. Normal trainers don't use legends.

that's what I think, but it's arguable whether its legend or not.

well yeah, but keep in mind that legendaries nowadays no longer follow the old trend that their the only one of their kind... Latios and Latias, Phione, Shaymin, Regis(the battle pyramid has them, Lucario and the mystery of Mew has 'em), Doexys... so maybe it's a legendary, or not, it's not one of its kind, I guess...

Acctualy, i think rotom is a legendary and not in different ways. The first way : They said in the anime that someone had a rotom, and it was his only friend, and he couldnt play with him because he is a ghost, so he made the things for him to go into... And thats why you need to bring a rotom to the place in DP, and also they only show up once.. but idk. he doesnt seem like one, though...
