ive always hated my inverted nipples, i kinda wanna do this surgery, but i wish they showed how it looks after, like a few weeks after the fact. do they always STAY erect like that? ive tried the nipplette but idk maybe im too impatient? it wasnt working for me so i just gave up "/

I'm going to ask a really silly question, but do they stay erect like that all the time?? If so that would be very off putting, I'd rather they stay inverted.

I like inverted nipples as long as the lady makes sure to clean them out regularly, especially if she expects to become intimate.
