As for roach, the green card inside the rizla packs is good, but only enough for a few roaches. My favourite material is 140gsm paper from art sketch books, OR "Pure Hemp Smoking Tips" from a company called "Quintessential". Look it up on the net, or find your nearest head shop and they'll be able to sell you it, or an equivalent.

I recommend "Extra Slim Filter Tips". Rizla and Swan make them (the Swan Extra Slim's are the filters shown in the beginning of the video). They come in boxes the size of a 10pack of cigarettes, and contain 120 filters. (There are also "Slim Filter Tips" in the same boxes, but personally I dont like them)

most certainly do! The video is just meant to help out anyone who doesnt know how to do it. Pretty much all rolling techniques can be used for joints of cigarettes

(although, as i've probably said before and im sure you know, back rolling cigarettes isn't really very useful, this is video is really just as an example, this is a technique for joints)

To be honest, I personally don't back roll my cigarettes, this is just a tutorial in case you want to. The idea is that you can use as little as half the amount of paper, which means you get less of the paper taste in your smoke (and it's "healthier"...) If you've been smoking rollups alot, you can actually taste the difference, and it's especially noticeable when you're using thicker rolling papers (like rizla red/green)

Really though, it's a technique mostly used by cannabis smokers.

Obviously, all rolling skills are transferable from one substance to another...and lets face it, there's not many people who'd bother to back roll a ciggy unless they're very particular about the taste.... spliff smokers on the other hand....

By the way, once you've got the hang of this technique, it really doesn't need to take the full 3 minutes it took to roll in this video! Maybe like 1 minute. Don't be put off by the time it *appears* to take, because once you've learned it well you'll be happy you did, it really makes your smoke taste that bit better!
