Wow. I've never seen wildlife do anything like that. Were they following you on a climb or what? It seems there is much more grass down in the valley there, so what were they climbing for? To be safe from predators? They aren't equipped like mountain goats, so why climb so high? Very interesting that you captured them on film. That was a horrible slide for the both of them. I hope some other animal benefited from the carcasses. Well, maybe it was a touch humorous, but mostly tragic.
