Based on the events of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood the next game won't be another trip into the Animus. If it is, I honestly think that the next place they should do is London around the early 1800s.

@arnis666 Dark alleys, plenty of places to jump around on, etc., etc. They need another city where you can do a lot of running a jumping and hiding. That and there are a lot of Templar stories that center around London.
