One thing I noticed about this show is the supernanny lady is more harsh on the mom than the father. The nanny should say that it's the father who is the head of the house and when children are young they need to learn that the father has the final say. Especially because he carries the toughest tone, the moms are usually more soft on their children and the children know that to begin with. The father should be more of the lesson giver.
