She was born and raised in the Philippines to FILIPINO PARENTS so that makes her a FILIPINA. Her grandpa was French that's why she has light skin and brown hair.

Come on guys, this video has nothing to do with the "shades" of Pinay's skin color, but about the fact that these women are PROUD OF THEIR FILIPINO HERITAGE despite their diversed ethnic background and never in denial of where their roots came from. Why can't some of us just be proud and happy about our heritage and keep away from the negativity?
Let's just be happy and proud as Filipinos.
