This is my favorite Tommy Roe song. Is that surprising or what? I'm so disappointed that this song missed out making the Top 100 Charts. Wish more Roe fans would have an opportunity to hear this song.

@ASite4u2c ...Tommy Roe's "Town Crier" was a "Top 30" hit, in Seattle, Washington (December 1962) also getting airplay in Baltimore. Lyrics were by Neil Sedaka's longtime writing partner...Howard Greenfield. Greenfield also co-wrote many other hits with other melody writers, such as "Everybody's Somebody's Fool" (Connie Francis) and "It Hurts To Be In Love" (Gene Pitney), among many others.
