Whether it be in inches or in mm's. Why would you measure the "width of the primer," instead of the diameter of the projectile going down range? Check your sources kid.

I like the M-99 Scorpion from the Book of Earache mod myself; I use a weighted ammo mod and the .416 ammo is alot lighter, and hits just as hard if not harder. It also has a silenced variant although the unsuppressed version is much more powerful
