  • Why are The Americans using an mg42? Just wondering.

  • @flyboy560 In invasions such as Normandy, it wasn't uncommon for the attacking force to use captured weapons and supplies against the enemy.

  • loved it! So, what kind of grade did you get?

  • @MrFishzilla Full credit, 100% :)

  • Amazing work.

  • I think you did a great job! I am very impessed. In high school and you created this. WOW! God has plans for you! I am telling you man!

  • Only $300 Great JOB!! I Just Stumbled Across this Clip. Very Impressed!!

  • I think it was a great job, some just dont appreciate anything thats not 5 star, or there a dick.

Keep it up yo, Lookin good.

  • @W3willConquer Thanks :)

  • @jkilts real guns?

  • omg 3:27 lmfao

  • Awesome but where those guys with haversacks in the 101st if they where that's wrong they need the m36

  • Calling people idiots is my job.

  • How many people in your school read your post Silver and think that you are calling them idiots? Your video was good son but your overall mentality of calling people who viewed it idiots might be that haunting Nazi that you killed in your film the ghost that follows you around the rest of life. I never heard Spielberg call anyone an idiot.....have you?

  • @drysonbennington No, it's just that 4 out of 5 comments have been insulting me- some viciously- for the stupidest reasons, that it's just becoming frustrating.

  • Was the use of the German MG 42 by the Airborne meant to convey that they picked it up along the way somewhere off of a group of dead Nazi's?

  • i hope you going to be the next Speilberg. :)

  • awesome movie, you should check out some of my vids, I also have a very low budget for making my movies and I was thinking of doing a movie for some extra credit but me and my friends have fun any way

  • not bad... not bad at all !

  • how much do the Nazi Helmets cost?

  • This is a school project? are you a fucking millionaire? where did you get all the guns, clothes and peeps. Great job though. I'm so jealous. Greetz from the Netherlands

  • Great film. This is the video that got me into filming all those years ago

  • @ReadyFirefilms Thanks :) I'm honored to hear that

  • @jkilts you have a lot of great guns in this. My crew and i are filming a war scene right now . would you mind telling us a place where we can get good props and uniforms. Thanks in advance

Gavin Mcintire and the creaw of ready fire films

  • Bad acting and don't use little kids in movies

  • @Serouisly Well, chiefy, I was a little kid when I made this.

  • Where did you get the Mg42?

  • That german at (8:36) does something which was extremely forbidden!!!

Because he puts his entire squad into danger, by opening a box, which could be easely a explosive!!!

This wouldnt have happend in real life...

  • The one who created this video, ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TACTICS ARE!!!

    L O L

    Serious? Sitting on a road?

Serious? The Germans attack like this in your inmagination?

If you sit on a road like that, the Germans surround you silently...

I DONT WANT TO BE A JERK!!!

    I got a hint;

next time make sure that all the soldiers (US & Germans), do NOT sit this close next to each other!!! cause it results in turkeyshoot!!!

NICE VIDEO ANYWAY!!! I thumb you up...

    :-)

  • @Weibkoln Uhm... I made this in 10th grade. You should see my newer films before you make fun of everything.

  • @jkilts

I dont make fun of everything, that would have been a different message.

And I did not thumb you up for nothing, but I just felt the need to provide info, and I am very very sorry if you feel offended cause of me,,

Keep on filming man, correct or not, its very interresting to watch...

    greatings from the Netherlands ^^

  • E for effort.

  • Just watched the entire series. Overall u did a great job for what its worth.

  • I noticed one thing above all that ruined this for me. When the real troops were shot at and didnt know where it was coming from they all wouldve scrambled for cover, not stood there like turkeys.

  • BEST. SCHOOL. PROJECT. EVER.

  • where did you get the vehicles

  • where the muzzle flares real or edited

  • You did all this for a school project? legend. With the amount of effort you guys put in someone should have donated some better cameras to you guys!

  • 3:26 Mclovin from superbad on the machine gun lol

  • thats a great vedio but you needed more passion and emotion. balls

  • how in gods name did you get your hands on a mg42

  • 6.45--Vorwärts meine Kamaraden!!! :-)

  • i realy enjoyed this series it was cool

  • NICE!!! Good Job!

  • EXELENT! IM GOING TO WATCH IT OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

  • All together just a great film!

  • Did you get reenactors to play most of the parts?

  • Donald Malarkey*

  • 1. carentan is not a village it is a town

  • You reminds a little bit of liebgott in band of brothers... haha ^^

  • this is really not that bad in fact I like it

  • Very well done!

  • this is great..fuck all the ppl that say its bad..keep it up and btw how much do the luminous markers cost...thanks and this was great...looked legit

  • very nice film!

  • Those Germans have been at the Beer and Bratwurst too much for the last four years of the war.Didnt know they made German army trousers with a 54" waist.

  • @silver760 It seems some youtubers are becoming nastier as time goes on. So throughout watching the whole movie, all you can make is jokes about their weight? You must have had a bad day- or really just be a jerk in general.

  • @jkilts I didnt bother wasting my life watching the other four episodes, this was bad enough. If your going to spend allot of time and effort making a film, not to mention money, you don't go using morbidly obese "actors" to play the elite German troops.

  • @silver760 A lot of time and money? This was my graduation project that I did in 11th grade, and all 5 parts together cost $300. All these men in this episode worked for free, and I am very grateful for that. I didn't make it to impress idiots like you, I made it to have fun and get a good grade.

  • @jkilts Mate ignore that idiot, i like the work you did; the internet is makes it too easy for spiteful losers to poke fun at others. Keep up the good work pal.

  • @jkilts i think it rocked and im looking forward to the last signals

  • @ReadyFirefilms Thanks, man

  • @silver760 Yeah, better to make them regular Heer infantry. Retreads from WWI. Guys in their 40's and 50's recycled to fill in the gaps.

  • @silver760 why dont you put your money where your mouth is and make a better movie yourself if you think your so great.

  • <you got the gear right, but you need some more filming and WWII tactic training and so on! But all in all, a very nice amateur film!

  • @larserikgill 10th grade for ya lol

  • Top Notch mate, Loved it.

  • One little question:)

Why do the americans have a German MG42? Is it becouse you maybe are a little short on props?:) I understand if it's hard to find the american machineguns:)

  • @SwedishEmpire1

Not at all. We had an American MG, however we thought it would be neat to give them a German weapon as though it was captured. It was something that US GI's, especially when they're taking German positions like they are in this film.

  • @jkilts Aah okay. But I thought americans didn't use the enemies weapons. Sorry for being so into details xD

  • and saving p ryan!

  • medal of honor frontline sound effects ftw

  • @gummimainn

You do realize I was 16 when I made this, right?

  • @gummimainn Why is it people like you only try to comment on tiny little blips where there's a mistake?

  • terrific...well produced. two thumbs up.

  • Well Done!!! me gusta mucho,i like very much..

    Hello from Spain..

    Mike.-

  • The first made movie i see which has really good effects you guys really are talented and the effects are nearly as good as bands of brothers nice nuzzle flashes nice dieng scenes respect for youre age you really play youre characters well sorry for my bad english im getting out of practise

  • 2:40 lol I wonder if those Germans can actually hit a damned thing from twenty feet away. Btw how come the thompson guy's just looking around when ppl around him are shooting?? lol

  • this is AWESOME. this is my favorite one

  • I mean, yeah, the Nazis were Anti-Semitic, eugenicist, and just downright gullible Hitler fanboys, but you have to admit, they have some pretty bad-ass uniforms.

  • thank god u didnt portray the germans as spray and pray assholes like every movie does

  • @IIGARDN3RII

I don't see why I should have- they're soldiers, they're people, they probably had near the same amount of training as the main characters. It wouldn't make sense to show that. I have a different way of doing my films- I go for realism. Yes, some of the storyline is this is adventurous and far fetched, but I still stick to that 'plausible' aspect.

  • @jkilts thats a good thing cause some movies just make the germans or japanese just running out and spraying. unrealistic but you didnt so 5/5

  • @jkilts the germans probably had even more training thanthe americans and british

  • nice vid

  • where do u get the props from? and do u provide them

  • this is the best homemade war movie ever! excellent work! 5 stars

  • HOLD UP! did i hear the jurassic park theme! Awsome!!!

  • @JAPcoNewbs

Thanks! We upgraded all of our equipment to complete HD, and we've improved a lot since then. We do weekly updates for our film studio on my channel, and we're working on a couple of large scale productions at the moment.

  • @JAPcoNewbs yess it is...Sad..Very sad of Saving private ryan..

  • oh noez its the ss! great vids man

  • good job heres some tips use blanks and use some tnt

  • where do you get the funding for this???

  • the 4th episode was hilarious! but this is the best episode so far, I loved it!! great series, though the end felt a little preachy. probably needed ot end with some more educational content, haha

  • I would've loved to see the Carentan battle.

  • Hey where did u get so many friggen actors and that realistic of weapons

  • they probably know or recruited some local re-enactors

  • @super64mandown the weapons used r real ww2 weapons that we use for blank fire re-enacting..

  • damn nice!!!! im so jealous lol. hey r u guys reenactors or just enthusiasts? im 13 and im slowly saving up for the basics like a jump suit and maybe some web gear. i wanna join a reenactors unit when im 15, but for now just to make some quick ww2 scenes with what i have now, basically just normal clothes that sorta look like the proper sets. im on dial up so i cant watch all the parts but i just gotta say, well done! got any tips on stretching out a movie? your narration works well with it :D

  • Or... you could just wait till your 18 and do the real thing = )

  • u mean join the airborne or make a real movie? lol

  • Well. I guess you could do both.... I don't know .. Make a movie about joing the airborne.

  • lol id love to join the 101st airborne but thats out of the question coz i live in new zealand rofl, and u wouldnt get ww2 gear anyway you'd get all that new stuff, still be cool tho. I'd love to make a movie about joining the airborne but people would think id be trying to make a cheap rip off of this, got any tips? lol

  • Tips on making a movie? No I wouldn't know the first thing about that. However, if you are that interested in airborne and you ever find yourself in the states you should go to kentucky and visit fort campbell. They have a pretty cool museum of the air assault division and a whole wing dedicated to airbourne of the ww2 era.

  • sweet ty

  • this is world war one part two. classic!

  • were yo get mg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • yea you see the nazi take it out of one of the jeeps.

  • I have no words... AWESOME!

  • its really good i mean besides u guys having an mg42 for ur mg but u make do with what u got. 5 0f 5

  • Well, that's exactly it- make do with what you got. We had a .30 cal available, however since the Germans were constantly on the retreat, we thought it would be a bit more authentic to show the US now using a captured MG. MG34, though, not 42.

I'm glad you liked the video!

  • Really? The barrel and everything looks like an MG42...

  • nice props r reenactors helping u its immpossible to by all those equipment there at least a couple thousand a ful complete uniform o.O

  • Oh, Mastermike95 took part in this?

  • He was featured for a few seconds in the opening scene with the narrations in part 1.

  • Well, I'll be. So he travelled over to PA to do this? I think he lives in California.

  • Nah, he recorded the video and emailed it to me.

  • Oh, I was gonna say...

  • also how did you find your sets and all that?

  • lmao trust me its a m97 there is a bolt that comes out and pushes the hammer down ... its the same chinese m97 that i have if u dont believe me ill make a vid of my m97 and show ya.. and yes i am german and irish most of my family is straight from germany...

  • @KILROY9THSS my background is German and Irish but mostly Irish

  • i was that german and i took it out of the jeep cause i didnt have a weapon and the m97 was the only one i could get my kraut hands on....

  • if you didnt get an 'A" on the assignment your teacher is retarded that was awsome

  • Yeah, seriously.

  • best homemade ww2 movie i ve ever seen ......keep up the good work bud subsribe me too .......im into all that shit...

  • hi your specials effects is.... what's your spcials effects?? please!!!

  • Mhm. But now you see that it was pillaged, not issued

  • Who were your german friends? how many of the weapons were real, functioning?

  • They were reenacters. The weapons were probably real for about half of them.

  • 11:42 u forgot the 17th airborne

  • The 17th wasn't fromed until after Market Garden and he was talking about Neptune.

  • Where did u buy the M1942 paratrooper jacket?

  • ebay lol

  • i love ebay u can get things like 50 percent off. How much u get urs for?

  • $55

  • where did you get that mg 42 from? at the beggining

  • The kid at 2:40 I noticed he was wearing leggings over his boots , which , the airborne was not issued.

  • We had a couple of rangers in the reenactment unit. The remake will be all accurate outfits.

  • Ok , thanks for awnsering , the films really good.

  • Where can i contact the man that helped you with part 5 and who drove the jeep in part 3.

  • Tom, this film was one hell of a great ride. Great Story line, and Great Cast.

    5 stars!

  • how do you make your movies so realistic

  • it really means days of days that is what they said to me when i went to france

  • this was perhaps the best vid I have ever seen on youtube
