Actually, what I read is that a former JYP representative started his own company which is CUBE. So it's technically not a sister company, but obviously they're close. I believe the buildings are right across the street from each other? I'm not sure. Hyuna used to be in JYP with Wondergirls until something happened, then she went to CUBE. G.NA is in CUBE.

But that does not mean that Cube Ent. is under JYPE in anyway. The head of Cube Ent. used to work for JYPE and he still feels close to JYPE that's why he wants his company to work WITH them.

This also made it a lot easier for some JYPE trainees to be transfered to Cube Ent. because JYPE is helping them.
