The tea baggers aren't defending insurance companies. Tea Baggers are opposed to more government regulations that drive up prices on healthcare - currently 110 thousand pages. They are opposed to government regulation the edge out competition in the marketplace. They are against the wrong regulation.

They are especially opposed to being forced onto one of these insurance plans.

Its the large governments like those seen in Europe that facilitate this type of greed. When the government doesn't have the power there is no benefit in lobbying. The corporations we see today would be impossible to form because of all the market forces tearing them down without government regulation. Its the regulations themselves that prevent small businesses from operating and competing with these large corporation. The healthcare bills do not address what this man deemed the problem.

If President Obama is stupid enough to decide to drop "public option" from the health care reform bill. I don't think I will vote for him again in 2012.
