Because this crash could have happend to anyone, even a normal guy with a normal car, I don't see the 'classic case' of a richman crashing.

If the driver/cameraman would have crashed, you could have said, a classic case of a crash while being busy with driving, chasing and filming (texting, reading, calling etc) ;)
