They dont transmit actual words, just ideas, that are translated in humans mind.

@symbolsandsystems as much as I inderstand, channelers record messages, then send them to guy who (probably) translates them if needed, writes them down, puts them to windows text to speech thing (or something more fancy), records sound, adds picture of clouds and uploads it here. So yeah, it is software. I wish they actually explained this...
