That combined with the fact that all the nephites were killed and their belongings taken and destroyed. and then 2000 years of well everything, makes sense why there hasn't been anything discovered. Also, how do you know nothing that has been discovered was from them? What, are you expecting something like a sign that says "Nephite City" or something like that?
