@jamesedwardtheobald No. The only other people who abbreviate song titles like that are people who are actually in the band. Seriously, there is absolutely no reason you should say "Stranger" instead of "The Strangers" or "Apocalypse" instead of "Apocalypse Song."

This cover seems like it was really unprepared. I know she hardly plays acoustic. The acoustic version of "surgeon" for spin wasn't so great either. Maybe it was a last minute thing. I love Annie though, she's one of the most innovative musicians of our time.
