Yes it will, I don't think it works with computer printed things though. I love this tutorial, I was looking for a cool looking design for my nails and I always loved this one, I didn't know it was so easy. I always wondered how they did the newspaper design... Until now hahaha. Great tutorial, thanks for the idea. :D

Whattf, how do you get the water room temperature? I mean, maybe you haven't noticed, but there is a blue and red button on your tap.. use the blue AND red one this time, not only the blue one.. and then.. MAGIC.. you have your water room temperature xD

I really wanted to do the newspaper nails and i did not have alcohol so i looked up different methods like mouthwash and all that and i didn't have that either. and the water really helped and totally work! I put my nail in the water and then put newspaper in to my nail. That way the newspaper won´t get stuck on the nail.

You dip the nail in water and swirl it around gently, if you swirl hard then the ink'll come off.

I did this today and I love the look of this! I did it with nivea beauté calcium power as my base colour in soft rose and I love the way it turned out! If you use a matt topcoat over it it looks really effective! thumbs up!

when i put on topcoat, the words smudge off really easily by the topcoat brush, is it because the topcoat is not good enough or sth?

I'm not sure if it would get the paper wet enough if you wet your nail first. You could try it on one nail and if it doesn't work, dip the paper first.
