Personally i think ut99 is the best for loads of reasons, and bearing in mind its just a game. UT2004 is ok for an update [ut2003 sucks big ass] but UT3 u need a really good PC to run that. Its ok if u have about 1000 to spend on a computer to run its good or upgrade, so i think ut2004 is a good game and for value [ Modding ect, ] you can pick it up here in UK for 7 pounds :)

Thats the difficulty the bots are set to for the editor; if you're playtesting your map they'll be set to average. And if you're playtesting with bots, all you really need to do is make sure that the bot pathing works, and that can be done with bots of any difficulty.
