if you somehow put a small weight on the front tip bottom, and in the middle section bottom, i dont think it would turn on its side at all...but idk...just a thought

It is called 'fibbets' and is used in fly fishing. It is great stuff made from MicroFibers wich are very thin and soft but will keep their shape even after many strikes.

@LuckyLuresJp A little secret for you. Microfibbets are actually just synthetic paint brush fibers that have been dyed.
